After many years of testing, using and learning lots of valuable different techniques and lessons, some very harsh, with different hog roast machines, from the popular machine powered spit roast hog machines, which sadly can be let down with a faulty motor, so resulting in not being able to supply what's expected on the day, to cooking hogs on open fires which as impressive as this looks, its unreliable cooking time and open to many outside factors just as the spit roast is, makes these completely inferior to our gas powered hog master ovens which we eventually decided to work with for their reliability, exceptional cooking ability and finally the end product, beautiful soft pork hog roast.

Our ovens, of which we currently have 5 that we use for events & 2 that we hire out short term and long term, are capable of cooking a massive 85kg hog, in a closed oven and completely controlled hygienic environment, which produces what we believe to be the best possible hog roast.

All of our machines are CE approved and are gas certified annually and undergo a high pressure steam clean and 10 point commercial cleaning program after each use & are replaced every 2yrs.

After all these machines are the "tools of our trade" so to speak and demand the highest respect, cleanliness and looking after possible, joined with the best British farm assured pork & service, we are confident in supplying the very best slow cooked pulled pork at your event.
